It's troubling to see how many students these days have totally zero school pride. They don't bother about their community, they don't engage in programs, and they just seem uninterested. It's like they've lost sight of what it means to be part of a group and cheer for their fellow students. This lack of spirit is negative to the entire school atmosphere.

This Isn't My Old School

When I hear the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a unfamiliar concept. Maybe because my years there were quite unique, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reminisce. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't carry the same weight for me as it does for others.

It's not that I haven't appreciated my time at school. It was a valuable chapter, just not one that sticks with me in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's because I discovered my passions away from the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are centered around different experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.

Let's be real, sometimes gathering/ chilling/hanging out with people/ friends/squad is all about the spread/ feast/ bounty! I mean, who can resist a good platter/ selection/ assortment of tasty treats/ goodies/ munchies? It's like a buffet/ an oasis/ the promised land of deliciousness/ yumminess/ pure snacking heaven. Give me chips and dip any day! I totally prioritize/live for/am here for those snacks/ goodies/ bites that make a gathering/ hangout/ party truly unforgettable.
